Unless CHAK AI provides a separate custom end user license agreement, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies.
Service Overview
CHAK AI is a personal styling app that lets users create AI virtual try-on results from clothing images and user-selected photos, generate hair or style images, and save or share generated results.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions and In-App Products
- Product information: The names, billing periods, prices, and included benefits of currently available subscriptions and in-app products are shown in the app purchase screen and the App Store or Google Play purchase sheet.
- Subscription length: Auto-renewable subscriptions renew according to the billing period shown on the purchase screen.
- Price: The actual price and currency are the amounts shown on the store purchase sheet before confirmation.
- Included benefits: Usage limits, benefits, and restrictions for each product are shown in the app product information and purchase screen.
- Renewal and cancellation: Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID account settings or the relevant store subscription management screen.
- Payment processing: Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies, depending on the platform.
User Content and AI Processing
Photos, clothing images, and reference images selected by the user may be temporarily processed by our backend and AI service providers only as needed to generate the requested result. Users must upload only content they have the right to use.
Restrictions
- Users may not use the service in a way that infringes another person's rights, likeness, privacy, or personal information.
- Requests for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive image generation may be restricted.
- AI-generated results are for reference only and may differ from actual product fit, color, size, or appearance.
