- Purchase-related status received from Apple App Store or Google Play, such as product identifiers, transaction status, and subscription entitlement status. We do not receive your full payment card details.

5. AI Image Processing
Many CHAK AI features require image processing. When you request an AI generation feature, the images you select may be uploaded to our backend and processed by AI service providers only as needed to generate the requested result.
- Processed data may include uploaded photos, product or clothing images, generated prompts, image metadata needed for processing, and generated output images.
- Images may include faces or body silhouettes if you choose such photos for virtual try-on, hairstyle simulation, or lookbook generation.
- We use this information to provide the requested AI result, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, and support user-requested result history.
- We do not sell user photos, facial images, or generated images to third parties.
- Where an external AI processor is used, the processor is authorized to process the data only for the requested generation task and subject to contractual or platform restrictions.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid features, subscriptions, and purchase restoration are handled through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other supported platform billing systems. We may receive limited transaction information, such as product ID, purchase token or transaction identifier, purchase status, renewal status, and entitlement information.
We use this information to verify purchases, grant subscription access, apply usage allowances, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. We do not collect or store your full credit card number or bank account information.
